Terms and conditions

Bookings and deposits

  • Every booking requires a deposit to be valid.
  • Deposits are paid directly to the studio via online link, bank transfer or in person.
  • Deposits are NON refundable.

 

Cancelations

  • When you wish to cancel your appointment we appreciate to give us as much notice as possible otherwise it will be classed as a NO SHOW.
  • When a client has reached the limit of 3 NO SHOWS we will refuse to rebook this client with our studio and the artist that work at Zero Tattoo Gallery.
  • If you wish to rearrange your appointment we require 7 days notice otherwise your existing deposit will not be valid anymore  and we will need to make a new booking and a new deposit is required.

 

Tattoo & Laser removal Aftercare

  • When the client exit our premises we are not liable for any problems that might occur in the tattoo or laser removal healing process.
 

In case the client looks under 18 years old we have the right to ask for an photo identity to ensure they reached the legal age to be tattooed according to the UK law. Otherwise we can refuse to tattoo the client, the deposit will be lost and  a new appointment has to be booked with a new deposit.

All artists are Self employed and registered with the local council. The artists are liable for any problems that might occur during the tattoo process.
